Business Unit Leader for Co-Packaged Optics (CPO)

We are working on behalf of a very fast-growing maker of modular coupling /connector products that connect fiber to the Data Center.

They are starting up a group that will focus on co-packaged optics, and they will work with the Hyperscalers to integrate their CPO coupling product with Optical Transceiver ICs and other optoelectronics.

About the Role

This company is looking for a Business Unit Head for this CPO product who will determine customer needs, develop strategies and product roadmaps, drive product development and do P&L.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• BSEE or higher degree
• 7 to 10 years of optoelectronics, engineering, marketing, and management experience

Required Skills

• Understanding of CPO, Fiber to Chip, Optical Transceivers, OE Device packaging, and Photonics on chip
• Ability to lead the integration of its product into the Hyperscalers

Preferred Skills

• Technical person with good business acumen who can grow into the Business leadership role
