RF Engineer Operations Manager

We are working with a leading maker of RF/Microwave components for the Defense, Wireless and Test markets. They are looking for an Engineering Operations Manager covering 5 Product Lines, who will improve project management processes, and drive projects forward, coordinating between multiple teams including Design, Production Marketing and Sales.

• We need someone with a BSEE or similar with 5-10 years of Operations or Project management experience in an RF/Microwave Environment.
• Ideal to have Kaizen, Lean, and use ERP, Smartsheet tools. Also good to have a PMP certificate.
• This role is a balance of Business and Engineering while maintaining quality and consistency of the Products within the different product lines.

• Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder.
