Principal Fab Test Engineer

Our client is a leading maker of RF front end parts for the smartphone market. The company is a well-known player in the industry and is currently seeking a Principal Fab Test Engineer who will be responsible for equipment ownership over tools that include wafer-level probers and testers. These probers and testers will perform analog DC, Linear, and Non-Linear RF parametric and wafer sort test for advance MEMS wafers for development and production.

• The ideal candidate will have a BSEE (MSEE preferred) and at least 12 years of industry experience in RF/MEMS Parametric Test, Wafer-Level Test, and/or Board-Level Test for Manufacturing.

• Additionally, he/she will be tests for non-linear and linear issues including S-Parameters, Harmonics, Distortion, Spurious, and IMD using 40 testers and probers for FBAR/MEMS technology at the wafer/die level owning the tool as well as the manufacturing line.
• The Test Engineer will interface with other test engineers, yield engineers, integration, R&D, Industrial Engineering, and NPI.
• Huge plus if person has experience with FMEA as it can be used to see how tools fail.

• Must be a Green Card or better. Role is in Fort Collins, CO.
