RF Test Engineering Manager

We are working on behalf of a leading maker of GaAs and Gan MMICs, RF discretes and power modules for defense, 5G Infrastructure and high frequency applications.

They are looking for an RF Test Engineering Manager, based in Dallas, TX. Will manage a team of 25 people, including test engineers and 2 Lab Managers, and their technicians.

We need a strong background in RF test engineering, ideally with Power Amplifiers and MMICs.
Good background in Test HW and Test Automation SW.
Additionally, we need 3-5 years as a Test Manager.
Ideally, we would like to see someone who is strong at Load Pull test, with some knowledge of GaN PAs, and Doherty PAs.
