Digital Experience Architect

We are working on behalf of a leading provider of Semiconductor Foundry Services.

They are looking for a Digital Experience Architect, based in Austin TX, who will lead effort to improve the online experience for customers, as well as optimize all of the internal sales tools.

Will use Agile/ SCRUM methods to integrate new and existing tools for data analytics, forecasting, pricing, billing, tracking and supply chain.

  • Should know sales and workflow efficiency tools like Data Warehouse, Oracle, Salesforce CRM, Power BI, Tableau, Connexxus demand planning tool.
  • Will have a supporting IT staff, but should have the technical skills in IT to integrate these tools into a broad vision that moves the company from using spread sheets to fully digitized info.
  • We need a BS in CS or IT and 10 years of experience using technical skills to build efficiency select and integrate the best tools, and integrate them into an optimal digitalized sales /operations platform.
  • We need technical skills, great understanding of sales workflow, and someone who can be creative in a transitional environment.
