RF IC Design Engineer

We are working on behalf of a leading maker of RFICs and Modules for mobile RF front ends. Their products go into Smartphones, 5G infrastructure, WIFI and IoT markets.

They are looking for an RF IC Design Engineer, who will focus on LNAs and other circuits in SOI CMOS technology. We need a BSEE or higher degree, with 3 to 8+ years of RF IC Design experience, preferably with design of LNAs and other CMOS SOI circuits like Switch, Mixer, etc. Need strong EM Simulation and modeling skills, as well as dealing with ESD issues in IC Designs.
