Production Test Technician-second shift

Our client is a leading maker of RF components for Infrastructure, Defense/Aerospace, and Photonics markets. They are currently seeking an RF Test Technician who will perform test on RF/Microwave devices per test plans. They will also perform DC testing as well and work with engineering and evaluation groups on die selection. Candidate should have a 2 year technical degree and 4+ years of industry experience in manufacturing test along with ISO9001 AND ISO14001 compliance. Must be willing to do second shift (late night shift) for this role.

Responsibilities:
• Perform testing on RF / Microwave Semiconductor devices per Test Plans
• Perform DC testing on Semiconductor devices per Test Plans
• Set up manual and automatic test configurations to perform Pass / Fail tests per test plans
• Troubleshoot test setups and assist operators with daily issues
• Organize and schedule work based on backlog to meet customer ship dates
• Work with engineering and evaluation groups for Die selection
• Work with calibration group to maintain all equipment has current calibration status

Qualifications:
• 2 year electronic technical degree, or equivalent experience
• 4 – 6 years experience in manufacturing testing preferred
• Ability to follow oral and written guidelines as well as read & understand spec sheets & test plans
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Detail-oriented
• Excellent computer skills, specifically SAP and Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of RF & DC measurements
• Familiar with automated probe and test equipment
• Knowledge of ESD procedures
• Must be a US citizen or permanent resident
