PCB Design/Lead Engineer

We are working on behalf of the leading communications chip maker in the market.
They have a group that makes Digital ASICs for computing, storage controllers and other high speed applications.
As part of validating the chip, this company designs a PCB for test purposes, but which might also improve or optimize their customers board design.
We are looking for a Senior PCB Designer, who will do schematic capture, Hardware engineering and embedded system development. Will use Cadence Allegro tool for PCB design.

We need a BSEE or better, with 5-10 years of PCB Design experience. We need a strong background in PCB/Motherboard design and debug. We are really looking for a Project Leader, who will manage vendors, and take ownership of the board design.
