Principal MMIC Design Engineer – REMOTE – ANYWHERE USA

We are working on behalf of a leading maker of RF ICs and MMICs leveraging GaAs and GaN technologies for Defense and Wireless markets.
They are looking for a Principal MMIC Design Engineer, who will report to a group in Milpitas CA, but can be base remotely anywhere in the USA.

• They are looking for a BSEE, preferably an advanced degree with 8-15 or more years of MMIC Design, including PA, LNA and other circuits, with some experience Designing in GaAs and GaN.
• Strong use of circuit simulation ( ADS or MW Office), EM Simulation (HFSS) and testing skills required as well.
