Principal Electronics Engineer

Our client is a fast growing maker of Hybrid microelectronics and Multi-Chip modules for defense and Hi-REL markets. Based in the Northern MA /NH area, they are looking for a Principal Electronics Engineer, who will integrate analog & digital, power and RF ICs into MCMs and onto electronic boards.

• We need a BS/MSEE, plus 8-15 years of Hybrid and MCM design, test, and transfer to manufacture.
• Strong preference for a design engineer who has used COTS components, and is familiar with defense standards like MIL-PRF-883, MIL-PRF-38534, and AS9100/ISO 9001.
• Needs to be a US Citizen.
• Full time role, Direct hire.
