Western USA Regional Sales Manager; RF/Microwave Components

We are working on behalf of a leading maker of components and IMAs /subsystems for military communications, EW, Radar, and other defense markets.

They are looking for a Regional Sales Manager who will work closely with defense prime contractors to grow business in the Western USA.

JOB DETAILS:

• The Sales Manager will sell PAs, Up/Down Converters, IMAs and other RF components.
• Needs to be technically able to use and understand RF Block diagrams.
• Should have some experience managing reps.
• Should have a successful track record of selling to Defense prime contractors.
• We need experience 5-10+ years selling RF/Microwave components to the defense market.

1. Regional Sales Manager must be in or within a commutable distance of the Phoenix Metropolitan Area.
2. Must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder.
3. Hybrid = 2-3 days on site
