Validation Manager

Our client is a leading communications chip maker in the market. Their market leading products are enabling the next generation of AI and cloud storage.

We are looking for a Validation Manager to lead system and IP validation team. The Validation Manager will be leading a team of 10 – 12 engineers and will be responsible for defining validation strategies, overseeing test execution and driving continuous improvement in validation processes.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• BSEE/CE or better with 6 – 10 years of experience in product validation, quality assurance, or testing.
• Proven track record of managing complex validation cycles
• Experience designing and implementing validation programs for new hardware and software products.
• Expertise in test planning, test execution, and defect tracking
• Proficiency in test automation scripting languages (e.g., Python)
• Ideal candidate would have leadership experience and hands-on experience with complex embedded systems targeting hyperscale data centers.
