Applications Engineer; RF High Power Amplifier

We are working on behalf of a leading maker of High Power RF Power Amplifiers, using GaN technology, for Defense, 5G Wireless Infrastructure and other fast growing markets.

They are looking for an RF Power Amplifier Applications Engineer, based in Raleigh, NC.

Will create reference designs for High Power Base Station PA modules, doing external matching to create board level PA reference designs, setting up RF parametric tests for them, analyzing and providing data to the design team and customers.
We need a BSEE or higher degree, with 3-5 years plus of Doherty PA Design, Test and Applications Engineering experience.
