Artificial Intelligence (AI) Software Engineer

Our client is a leader in AI, ML, and Data Center Networking Solutions. They are currently seeking an AI Software Engineer who will be responsible for the build-out, implementation, integration, and maintenance of AI tools into an existing design flow for VLSI systems. This person will make sure that the AI, ML, and RAG tools communicate effectively with software to optimize efficiency and productivity of VLSI systems.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

***Located in Fort Collins CO or San Jose CA.

• The ideal candidate would have 8+ years of industry experience in AI System Development and Deployment.
• We would like someone who can come in as a strong leader providing guidance and supervision to future AI Operators.
• This person should be able to integrate AI tools for use with Large Language Model (LLM) agents (OpenAI, Google Gemini) and the MCP protocol.
• We are looking for further experience in deploying AI agents to resolving common tool errors which would minimize human intervention and downtime, as well as someone who can develop chatbots that can effectively communicate issues to engineers.
• Additional key skills include someone experience in data analytics, and maintenance communications with hardware engineers and teams.
• Must be a Green Card Holder or a US Citizen.
• Must be onsite 5x a week. This role can’t be remote of hybrid.
