Digital Electrical Engineer

Our client is a leading maker of antennas for Defense and Space. The company has been around for over 60 years and have grown rapidly in the last 10 years. They have multiple locations in the US and have products that are vital for markets including EW and Military Communications.

They are currently seeking a Digital Electrical Engineer who will be responsible for solving complex RF, Microwave, and DSP design challenges. He/she will be involved heavily in existing sensor, communication, and ISR systems. The ideal candidate will be an MSEE with 15+ years of experience or PhDEE with 5+ years of experience in Digital Electrical Engineering. We need someone multi-disciplined who has designed, tested, and optimized electronics and software/firmware for communication and sensor systems. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have extensive hardware and software/firmware exposure including FPGA, MCU, and SoC technology along with familiarity in Verilog and C programming. The ability to transition design to manufacturing is a plus, but not required. Experience managing design teams is a plus, but not required. Lastly, it would be great if the candidate could develop and maintain contracts, grants, and relationships with defense prime contractors and the DoD.
