Director of Systems Engineering; mm-Wave Phased Array Systems

We are working on behalf of a fast-growing maker of mm-Wave ICs for phased arrays and beam forming networks, for the defense, SATCOM and wireless infrastructure markets.

We are looking for a Director of RF Systems Engineering, who will lead a team focused on integration of mm-Wave ICs into phased arrays, including systems and board level design, integration and test. This person will manage a team of 7-10 engineers, including PCB Designers, RF Test Engineers, Applications and Systems Engineers.

We are looking for an MSEE or PhDEE, with 5-10+ years in mm-Wave phased array Systems Engineering, leading to 2-5 years in a Systems Engineering Management role.
