Director of Systems Interoperability Test

We are working on behalf of a leading maker of DSP chips and high speed analog ICs that go into PAM4 optical networking and data Center applications.

They are looking for a Director of Optical Module Interoperability Testing, who will be focused on developing and building an Interoperability Test Lab, hiring a small test team and performing critical Interoperability tests that are essential before products can be released.

• We need a BSEE or higher degree, with 8 to 15+ years of Data center Interoperability Testing, Optical module and Transceiver test, as well as strong subject matter knowledge of Optical systems, analog driver ICs, DSPs, Key protocols like PAM4. Prefer experience with speeds of 100-200GB/S or higher.
