Electrical R&D Engineer

We are working on behalf of a fast growing private company in the Melbourne, FL area. Their technical focus is on Power Electronics. They make Environmental Control Units, mainly for Defense applications. They also develop technology for Grid Tie Inverters and Directed Energy Weapons.

They are looking for an Electrical R&D Engineer.

Will Design and test control circuits for power converters and energy control equipment.
Need a hands-on designer who knows PCBs, capacitors, microcontrollers and wire harnesses.
Will test power supplies and basic circuitry, and automate tests using C/C++, Labview.
Will program MCUs and use Altium design tools for PCBs,
Need a BSEE, with 3-5+ years of hands-on electrical design and test experience. Require 3.3+ GPA. Must be US Citizen.
