Embedded Software Engineering Lead/Manager

Our client is a semiconductor company developing advanced RF, analog, digital, and mixed-signal SoC solutions for communications, connectivity, and industrial applications. They are looking for a hands-on Embedded Software Engineering Lead or Manager to lead a team of software and firmware engineers developing embedded solutions for communication and networking products for the Optical Interconnect and Data Center markets.

• Ideal candidate would have a hands-on experience with DSP-based SoC architectures and embedded systems.
• We are looking for strong Embedded C/C++ programming, debugging, board bring up and validation. Some leadership experience is a big plus.
• Full time role, Direct hire. Located in San Diego.
