Our client is a leading maker of High Voltage Power Supplies intended for Industrial, Medical, Semiconductor, Telecommunications, and Data Center Computing applications. They have 40 years of experience as industry leaders in power conversion, measurement, and control solutions for these markets. They are currently in growth mode and are looking for an Engineering Manager for their High Voltage Systems team in their brand new design office in MA. This person will oversee overall development of high voltage systems and power electronics.

• The ideal candidate will have a BSEE (or higher) with 8+ years of experience in Power Electronics development with the ability to be technically hands-on, manage engineers, and interface with the customer.
• We are looking for someone who has worked anywhere from 100W to 2-3 kW in power.
• He/she should have direct experience with MOSFET, SiC, and/or GaN technology.
• This individual can come from Medical, Laser Technology, or Semiconductor markets as long as they have exposure to Power Electronics.
• He/she will have 6-7 direct reports and a matrix of over 30 between this location and headquarters.
• We do NOT need someone with direct management experience as long as they are a Principal or Technical Leader ready for formal management.

This role is ONSITE in the Boston, MA area.
