Lead RFIC Design

Working on behalf of a leading maker of RF ICs and Front End Modules for Smartphones, WLAN and other Wireless markets.

They are looking for a Lead RFIC Design Engineer, based in Portland OR. Will design SOI Switches and CMOS LNAs, as well as other circuits for RF Front ends.

Need a BSEE or advanced degree, with 4-10+ years of RF IC design experience. Greatly prefer SOI Switch design. CMOS LNA also desirable. General knowledge of Front End Modules and how the Switch fits into the FEM is useful.
