Optoelectronics Design Engineer

Our client is a leading maker of opto-electronic ICs for Data Center applications. They have a major facility in Eastern Pennsylvania, where they design and fabricate EMLs ( Electro-absorptive Modulated Lasers) using an InP (Indium Phosphide ) process.

They are looking for an experienced IC Design Engineer, who designs EMLs or other Edge-Emitting Lasers.

• We need a PhDEE, with 5+ years of experience in the design of EMLs or other Edge-emitting Lasers, using InP or another III-V process.
• We need broad experience in IC Design, Characterization, Device, process, and driving IC designs into manufacture.
