Power Amplifier IC Design

**Locations: Company will consider remote locations in the USA.**

We’re working on behalf of a leading provider of Semiconductor Foundry Services.
This company has an IC Design group focused on RF/MM-Wave ICs for 5G, WLAN, Auto and Defense markets. They Design PAs and other Front end ICs up to MM Wave.

The company is looking for a Power Amplifier IC Design Engineer.

-Looking for BSEE with 8+ years, MSEE with 6 years, or PhD with 4 years.
-Company would be interested in background designing in SiGe, GaAs HBT, GaAs, GaN or CMOS device types.
-Candidates may have experience designing in MM Wave but lower frequency design experience is applicable as well.
-Engage with clients and internal design teams on PA theory, design goals, design reviews and results.
-Work closely with our leading edge RF/uWave characterization lab by defining test plans and assist them when required.
-Document designs and results. Write application notes for our client database and publish papers such as IEEE conferences.
