Principal MMIC Design Engineer

We’re working on behalf of a leader in GaAs and GaN MMICs and Modules for Defense, Wireless and Broadband applications. We are looking for a GaAs/ GaN MMIC Design Engineer.

We need a BSEE, MSEE or better, with 5 to 10+ years of GaN Or GaAs MMIC Power Amplifier Design in either Defense, or high frequency wireless infrastructure domains.

Strong in use of CAD tools and RF Test equipment for the design of MMICs.

We need a Green Card or better.
