Principal TWT Power Amplifier Design Engineer

We are working on behalf of the leading maker of sensors and systems for EW, Radar and signal gathering. Their Radar Systems group is looking for a TWT Power Amplifier Design Engineer (based in Tewksbury or Marlboro, MA). This individual will do design and test, proposal writing, and some travel to customers for field integration.

Requirements:

BSEE or higher degree, with 8+ years of Traveling Wave Tube Power Amplifier Design experience.
High power PA design using solid state technology may be considered as well.
Should also have High Voltage Power Supply experience, and would prefer knowledge of components and systems for radars.
Will have experience with EM SIM tools like HFSS, ADS.
Need US Citizen, and ability to obtain a Secret Clearance within a year.
