Product Engineering Manager

Our client is a maker of RF/Microwave MMICs and modules for the defense and wireless communications market. They are looking for a Product Engineering Manager for one of their RF/Microwave product lines, for the Aerospace /Defense Market.

This person will manage a team of 6 Product Engineers, and act as a hands on manager for the transfer of RF Designs into production. Will specify /set up RF Testing, improve yields and reliability, and coordinate across many company disciplines to get designs into production.

We need a BSEE or higher degree with 7-15+ years of test/product engineering for semiconductor products. Management experience is preferred, but the company might consider a strong engineer ready to take on leadership of the group.
