RF Device/Process Technology Development Engineer

We are working on behalf of a leading maker of RF ICs and Modules for wireless applications. They have an R&D Group that focuses on optimizing device designs and Fab processes for their designs, including GaAs, GaN, SIGe and SOI device types. They are looking for a RF Device/Process Technology Development Engineer.

This person will interface with external foundries and internal design/modeling teams to optimize device development, create device models and PDKs, test devices and analyze results to optimize product quality and yield, and transfer from design concept to high volume manufacturing. We need an advanced technical degree (EE, Physics), with 5 to 12+ years of device development /process integration with RF GaAs, GaN, SOI, and SiGe; ideally including:
-Device Physics and Device design
-Device Modeling and PDK development
-Device/ IC Test, Qualification
-Analysis of test results to improve quality /yield
