RF/Millimeter Wave Design Engineer

We are working on behalf of a leading maker of test equipment for Analog, RF and Microwave IC test. They are moving into Millimeter Wave Test Equipment, for testing ICs used in areas like 5G, 60 GHz WLAN and Automotive Radars at 77GHz. They are located in the greater Boston, MA area.

They are looking for a Lead Design Engineer, who will be a Principal Designer and /or lead and mentor other engineers in this growing area.

Need MSEE or better and 8-10 years of Microwave or MM Wave Design, at the board level or up to the Transceiver level.
Can be experienced in Chip and Wire, MCM design technology.
Need Some knowledge of packaging effects, SI, challenges of putting ICs onto a board with challenging space requirements
