Senior Process Engineer

We are working on behalf of a leader in photonics, using compound semiconductor technology for improving high speed communications for data center markets.

Their group in Ann Arbor MI is looking for a Process Engineer who will help develop and optimize manufacturing of lasers and photodetector devices. Will Sustain the Si, GaAs, and InP dicing, bonding, grinding, polishing and glassing  processes.

Need a BS or MS Degree, with 3-5 years of experience in diffusion, oxidization and CVD, preferably with opoelectronic devices. Need data analysis skills to determine best methods, and work with process teams implement improvements.

Need US Citizen or green Card holder.
