Staff/Principal Test Engineer/Lead (ATE solutions)

Our client is a fabless semiconductor company. They focus on designing high-frequency and high-complexity GaAs, SiGe, and SOI chips for sectors like 5G/6G, Defense, Automotive, and IoT.

We are looking for Staff/Principal Test Engineer/Lead (ATE solutions) in mmWave/RF IC group. This person will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of RF & mmWave products (such as beamformers, up/downconverters, LNAs, PAs, etc.)

We are looking for:

• Test Engineer with 6 + to 10+ years’ experience
• Experience using Advantest 93k, Teradyne MicroFlex, and other automated tester solutions.
• RFIC test development
• Software experience Python, C/C++ etc
• Fundamental RF knowledge
• Full time role, Direct hire
• Located in San Diego CA
• Need to be Green Card, US Citizen
