VP/Business Unit Leader of RF Products

We are working on behalf of a leading maker of RF components and Test equipment. They have a fast-growing product line of RF components that enable test setups, and a product line of custom integrated RF test systems.

About the Role

• They need a Business Unit Leader for both of these product lines to lead a $90 MIL business
• The VP will manage a team of about 20, including Manager and Director reports
• Responsible for business capture, marketing, product development and manufacture
• Accountable for revenue growth and profitability
• Position reports to the CEO

Responsibilities

• Understand customer’s RF Test needs
• Drive development of custom test solutions
• Get products to market quickly

Qualifications

• BSEE or higher degree
• 10-20+ years of RF industry experience

Required Skills

• Very strong understanding of RF test technology

Preferred Skills

• Background as an RF Test or Systems Engineering Manager with business acumen
• Experience in marketing or product line management
